X10 repeater not working

I have a HomePro 120/240 Split Single Phase Coupler/Repeater that is not
repeating the X-10 signals.  It worked quite successfully for several years
but now the red led "signal" light is not flashing.  I have checked the
fuses, breakers, etc., but no luck.  Is a schematic of this unit available
and is it repairable ? ? ?
