I've been away on vacation....

First of all, it needs to be open source, so when whoever is
supporting it goes away, the program won't.

It should support security, fire, as well as all ha functions, so that
in particular, the security devices can do double duty.

It should support a full set of programmable logic.  Personally, I
don't care about a GUI, but there probably should be one.

It should support code comments (HAI, you listening?).

Probably what would work the best is some core thingy with adaptors
for different hardware, HAI, Elk, etc., and different modes - web,
consoles, etc.

No, there's nothing available like this today.
