For just a remote viewer (no playback) try "IP Cam Viewer" by Robert Chou
out of Hong Kong.  Works with more different NVRs, DVRs, and IP Cameras than
any other phone ap I have played with.  I do not know if he has an iOS
version, but his Android version is top notch.

P.S.  He has a "lite" version for free that works with upto 6 camera
channels.
