I would think that every account that you add before or while you are tryin=
g to sell would be the advantageous thing to do.=20

How would refusing jobs enhance your ability to sell the accounts?=20
Why can't you try to sell while you are doing installations?

Of course, it depends upon who you actually wind up selling to but normally=
, any company that buys up accounts is sure to do ... "due diligence" resea=
rch on your business and accounts to make sure they're not buying something=
 worthless. So the fact that you're still doing installations is an enhance=
ment and a testament that your customer base has the confidence in you to g=
ive you referrals or additional work, which is something of value that the =
buyer can count on after the sale. It just enhances the fact that you've be=
en able to survive for 20 years.
