Wireless live cam alarms for a house?

Hello/Greetings/Hi.

Does anyone know of a good simple/basic wireless video cameras to watch
a house through Internet and can be watched remotely (e.g., an iPhone 4S
and web browsers)? I was going to try Samsung SmartCam, but its reviews
are not great and it requires online accounts (Samsung and Google's for
its YouTube -- don't like this due to privacy reasons). Also, the
Internet only can upload up to 1 Mb/sec.
