Who makes the best commercial NVR software that runs under Windows?   I'm
looking for something that gets regular updates from a well-established
vendor, not "free" software from some no-name Chinese company that
disappears a few months later.

It would be great to optionally locate software that stores video on the
local premises, but then uploads that in the background to a cloud based
solution, so that video playback can be done from any browser off site.
