Fake cameras are a stupid idea, if for no other reason than the liability a=
ssociated with them. There was a case in Toronto where a woman was raped an=
d successfully sued those who had installed the fake cameras. The court sid=
ed with her as it was felt that the presence of a camera implied some measu=
re of protection was accorded her, which clearly wasn't there.
