If the car alarm is a factory installed alarm and you want to know
about operation and troubleshooting, you are best to find a forum for
your specific vehicle. Search google for words like...
Chevy forum
Nissan forum
Etc.

If it is an after market car alarm of a specific brand, search for
that brand name along with the word forum and maybe alarm and you
might find discussion about that car alarm. Also try the
manufacturer's web site.

If you have general electrical / electronics questions about car
alarms like with wiring or theory of operation, people here or on an
electronics forum would know about that. As a rule automotive types
are more mechanical and don't all that much about electrical things.
But there are a few who do.
