I'm not badmouthing anyone. Our dealers are free to do whatever they
want but if they want to sell us a contract it needs to be a Honeywell
system. It's much easier to manage a program when using one
manufacturer than multiple ones and we had to choose who we felt was
the best across the board.

To answer your questions regarding the number of 2GiG kits purchased
through our program it's in the neighborhood of 5,000 kits give or
take. We have a few dealers that use us just for pricing on
equipment.
