If any of you looking for a way to generate piles of cash on days when
you're not handling existing clients, this deal is just awesome. It is
perfect for customers who rent houses/townhouses and apartments.

Apartment complexes in a very dense area are easy to pepper with mailers
and coupons. Then a follow-up with an old-fashioned 'door knock". On
the day you go walk the property to introduce yourself to 300 renters
and get 20 orders to complete the next day!

I won't discuss pricing here, but if you have not called Tom yet... you
better. Geographic areas are only allowed a few dealers based on a
population ratio. I think this program is going to kick some serious
alarm-ass.

I'm working on gearing-up and hit this untapped market hard. I've
installed exactly ONE alarm in an apartment while working for one of the
big-3's (heh, don't have to guess. I worked at all three at one time or
another).

I think the only reason Pee One put it in, was because she unfortunately
was a recent crime victim. I don't think they ever expected to recover
the installation fees or ever break-even. It was a community "freebie",
*I* certainly didn't ask for any money.
