On the other hand, there are "techie" customers and installers or not.
Some people "get it" and some don't. Of those that are not, some of
them would like to be "techie" and I can usually convince them, to
some point,  that the equipment is easy to operate. Then there are
those, (both installer and customers) who just can't "get it" or
refuse to "get it". Such as my wife.

One way to take advantage of this in the AV field, is that most often
the guy is usually the customer for the surround sound system and the
wife is not. So that both parties get what they want ...... this is
where a $400.00 universal remote control for the Mrs comes in. In an
alarm sale .... the $200.00 two way keyfob remote is the clincher.

So it all depends on how you approach the problem.
