And there you have it.

Down the slippery slope.

The next step is to require that all drinkable liquid containers must
have an unremoveable plastic nipple.

Then, after that, all drinkable liquids must be ingested under the
supervision of a government trained liquidologist.

Finally, drinkable liguids will only be administered intravenously at
stratigically placed liguidology stations by a government "highly
trained"doctor of liquidology.

Ingesting liquids in any other way is a misdemenor punishable by fine
or inprisonment or both.

Non payment of your property taxes will be reason to withhold your
daily ration of liquid.
