My wife plays $20 max a week on lottery & scratch offs. She wins every
now and then. This year, she won 1K 2 times, $500 6 times, $250 4 times,
$100 4 times, and $20 countless times. She never spends more than $20 a
week regardless. At least that's what she tells me... :)
