It seems a waste of retention time to not be able to adjust the frame rate
on certain low end Speco models. Finding a DVR with the recording at 30 FPS
(when 7.5 is available) only means you're in a casino (unlikely) or the
installer didn't know what he/she was doing (very likely).

I've been using Speco for the last year or so. I only do residential
and small commercial now but they seem to be holding up pretty well
for what I need. The new 264HR compression is really something. Had a
7 camera job recording 24hrs a day a 30fps and got 9 days out of a
500gig disk.
