My pricing on cable will be roughly $65.00 for 500ft.
There may be guys with access to lower pricing on cable (doubt it
seriously), but how much is it worth for them to buy it at $65.00
locally as opposed to driving 30+ minutes each way, plus pay tolls, to
obtain their pricing?

I'd be willing to bet on the 5 to 10 CCTV jobs you do a year I'd save
you at bare minimum a grand on cameras and dvrs, but without delivery,
or a one time huge purchase, it probably wouldn't be convenient.

Everything in time.
