Recife is a City in Brazil which has, or had a horrific reputation for sex
tourism and child prostitution, apparently perv's from western nations
travel or traveled to this area looking for cheap sex with underage girls
(and boys). Its possible that the area has cleaned up its act somewhat in
recent years, but the problem is never going to go away as long as the
demand remains.
