One of my clients has been trying a non-Napco USB converter with no success.
I've only used the Napco model a few times.  We wrote the program for this poor
guy's 28-zone system in a few minutes.  Then he spent 2 hours trying to get the
converter to work before mentioning he was using some off-the-wall unit he got
somewhere else.  Oh, well.
