No.  The 20P can only use one wireless receiver.  You have described
having a 5881-M (16 Zones).  These wireless expanders don't work like
wired expanders.  Even on the panels that can use two receivers you
would still only have the 16 zones.  To get more wireless zones you will
need a 5881-H, which give you as many wireless zones as the panel can
handle.
