Ground fault, did the usual thing checked all external wiring, even
followed TS2Go directions to the letter, as shown below. The voltage was
out of spec, sent the thing in for repair, it took about a month to get the
panel back and the problem isn't resolved. The fact that have published a
method to determine if the panel is at fault.leads me to believe that this
is probably not an unusual occurrence with this panel.

To find the ground fault monitor the voltage between terminals 21 (Earth
Ground) and 22 (AUX --). It should be 6.3 VDC. If not, start removing wires
one at a time and leaving it off until the voltage between terminals 21
(Earth Ground) and 22 (AUX --) is 6.3 VDC. If all wires are off except the
battery and AC, and the fault is still there, power down the panel, remove
it from the enclosure, and power it up outside the enclosure. If the voltage
between terminals 21 (Earth Ground) and 22 (AUX --) is 6.3 VDC the ground
fault is being caused by the enclosure or incoming conduit. If the voltage
between terminals 21 (Earth Ground) and 22 (AUX --) is not 6.3 VDC with the
panel out of the enclosure, replace the panel.
