That's not from the same source at all.  It was writeen by Sarah Palin's legal
council.  So of course it claims that everything is fine in Wasilla and that
"several unscrupulous people have asserted false and defamatory
allegations"...  Would you have expected anything less from Palin's own
lawyer?
