I only know that pharmaceutical companies call them detailers.
In Brazil when you stop for gas the attendant usually offers to wash
your car while the pump is running. Needless to say, it isnt the same
quality as detailing. Then again, he only wants a tip and its usually R
$2 (a little over us$1.)
