A little further down in the second website you cited is the following
statement:

"Brazilian law and rules established under the World Trade
Organization allow compulsory licenses in a health emergency or if the
pharmaceutical industry uses abusive pricing."

Notice that little mention there of the WTO. Brazil, the USA,
Thailand and various other countries formed the WTO regulations
concerning things like compulsory licenses to combat the kind of crap
Merck, BMY and other drug companies pull. Since my inheritance
derives almost exclusively from one of those companies, I should align
myself with the drug companies. I dont because I believe what they do
is wrong. I agree with Lula and I respect him for doing the right
thing to protect his people. Oh and by the way, he=B4s also a personal
friend of my brother but that=B4s another matter.

Regards,
Robert
