I get mine from a local envelope company.  I emphasize that:  envelope
company, not a print shop.  If you want letterhead or forms, you have to go
somewhere else.  All they do is envelopes, and they expect you to buy at
least a couple thousand at a time, not five hundred.

I didn't spend a lot of time looking for an online vendor, but I found this
one in New York.  3000 printed envelopes, $108 plus shipping.  I have not
dealt with this company, and you may be able to find a better or cheaper
envelope company near you.
