RHC: Actually Crash, I went back and reread his post. Without any sort
of contractual arrangement with the customer, you are absolutely
right, he has nothing to sell. In addition, anyone providing
monitoring services with no contract at all is a damn fool to be
providing service at all (for liability reasons). However, I took his
post to mean he has no long term contract as opposed to having only
month to month contracts, and my response was assuming he has at least
a month to month contract for each of his customers.

If in fact he has no contract at all, he is in deep doodoo whether he
knows it or not, and selling something is the least of his
troubles.....:))
