True, he's dead.  As I recall he openly rejoiced when he heard that I had lung
cancer.  However, Jim Rojas cited something he said as proof of evil doings on
the part of ADI.  It is only fair to ADI that we point out what a prolific
liar Mike was and that he routinely did the very things he accused other of.

Side note to Tom:  You're right about his son.  Mike was very proud of the
son's achievements and rightly so.  He is well respected in his field.  There
is also a sister, whom TTBOMK Mike never spoke of.  There is also a daughter
who is (or at least was) the one currently running his online store.  She is
(was?) living in Mike's house in Matawan.
