There are a lot of deaf people in my area and a lot of times when I'm
driving they make an "O" shape (thumb touching finger tips) and
touching their foreheads at the same time. They're not smiling when
they make this sign. Does this mean I'm a good driver? Or no? Anybody
know ASL?
