Last time I checked, Dodge over the years depriciated least of all the
American trucks. But thats probably not an issue for you.

I would stay away from Ford for now. They are having some troubles
with engine fires even when the vehicle is off. Triton engines are
spitting spark plugs and Ford is turning the other way leaving owners
holding the bag. I would do what you are doing, continue to deal with
people you know.
