Re: Monotronics



I think the jury is still out on that comparison with ADT. I know of one
particular customer that is still waiting for a response from a Monitronic's
alarm system signal. Seems some custom Monitronics programming can cause an
eternal delay in getting any central station response. This same custom
programming also causes selective amnesia in certain employees at
Monitronics.
