Looking for Parking Garage ramp readers

Anybody have any experience with this application, I am not happy with the
Indala ASP620 series, range is only ~ 20 inches, would like something
coloser to 6 feet and still using pasive weigand cards. I looked at the Awid
LR-911 but have doubts about future support with AWID
