Tell me more.  How do you get around that?

I'm still wondering if the engineers were just stupid, or whether they did
this on purpose.  My best guess is this was meant to protect the integrity
of the datalock system, but considering they'll unlock the panel if you
send it back, maybe they just wanted to make a fast $40.
