I think I know what the problem is. Roland has been hitting the Red Bull a
little hard, and has your company confused with the well-known "garage"
central station operation. Trixie is code for the one-eyed stiffie that used
to run it, and the Rojas debacle has him quaking in his boots so hard he
can't construct a coherent sentence.
