No apparent 800 number. Their ticket system says support hours 11am to
9pm  eastern and no support on Holidays.

I'll admit they are looking like a 3 man operation right now. Mostly
I'm interested in using their email alert feature  - but I will gladly
take their free year of monitoring and the certification papers.

It appears they did some kind of mod on the Simon as I can't program
it without their broken outdated website.

One good thing, Amex is awesome about returns and the customer is
always right..
