I think you're right, it looks like a Range Rover, from the limited view of
it, if it is a Range Rover then it looks to be betwwen 1989 and 1995.

According to the link shown below, pre 1989 models had exposed door hinges
and post 1995 models had a different door handle (you can see the door
handle when the door swings open in the video)

Also around 1995/96 the body had more contours and had slight flaring around
the wheel arches
