Okay, just so he won't feel like we're teasing him, lets give him the answer
he doesn't want to hear.

Follow the link below, it's TYCO so it's off shore. We put in about a
hundred of these cameras over the past 6 months (the 7 version actually - 8
is just out). Here is a camera that will do what you saw in the ad. I don't
know what state you're in, but there is a law against improper photography
in many areas. In order not to ruffle the feathers of law enforcement types
you would need to prove that you sector blanked the video from your
neighbors windows, etc. You will really need the EIS feature unless you have
a very steady mount, especially when you zoon in on those teeth. Your
request seems a little creepy with the girl thing, but your budget better
not be. To get one of these installed professionally you're looking at north
of the $3K territory.

SpeedDome Ultra 8 (35x series)
The 35x series offers the highest performance with 540TVL, 35x
optical zoom, WDR, day/night, DSS and EIS. The day/night and
DSS features allow you to clearly see images in scenes as dim
as 0.00041 lux. EIS reduces the vibration so the image can be
viewed properly. This feature is especially useful when the dome
is installed in places that subject it to shaking or moving, such
as a pole next to a highway. These features combine to make
the SpeedDome Ultra 8 series an ideal solution for outdoor
applications requiring high resolution images whether up close,
far away or for indoor applications requiring the best picture
possible, such as in casinos or retail establishments.
Hey, its not Bosch crap either! We put in lots of Intellex Ultras and a
couple of Intellex IPs, but we still like Bosch DiBos V8 and Gen 4
Envirodomes a lot better.
