There are four possibilities:

1. Napco changed the P816 and
it's not reflected in the document
which you read.

2. Napco's tech support guy made
a mistake.

3. You misunderstood the document.

4. I misunderstood him.

Then again, you insist that there is no
#4 so...  :^)
