Lots of folks. It is simple to set up memorized transactions for recurring
monitoring and let them rip every month, quarter, half year etc. Works with
all versions of QB I have used including:
QuickBooks On Line
QuickBooks Pro
QuickBooks Premier
QuickBooks Enterprise

What version of QB are you using and if you're not using QB ..... what
billing application ARE you using?
