The first few I installed had those sheets, so I printed out a blank account
in DLS2 which is pretty much the same as the programming worksheet booklet,
only to find that the last two I installed came with a complete manual
including the programming sheets all in one book and in the correct
sequence. The choke-a-matic even with its neck snapping bug is too kind a
fate for the moron who designed with the fold out programming worksheet.
