Netpromax240 help

I have a Netpromax 240 DVR card installed in a system but I am unable
to view camera image when logged on from another system on LAN.
Everything looks like it is set up ok and connection is there but all
I see is a blue screen where I expect to see camera captures. Does
anyone have any idea what might be causing this?
