old alarm from HTS

hi i have an old alarm installed and for some times is been unplug
from the main line and now i want to use back and after i power on i
get trobleshooter light "yellow"  what those this mean the backup
battery is dead or what. and also i forgot the code to arm or disarm
the alarm is any way to reset the system ???
