Ummm.... Robert...  The guy probably has several wireless devices
installed as well.  If he installs a new board, he's going to have to
enroll each one (again).  It's not as "simple" as you make it out to be.
  This is an ADT system.  We obviously don't have all the facts
concerning the OP's system and by now he's long gone anyway.
