Read the thread below started on 1/21 "Telular Telguard...." read the entire
thread it will give you some insight. (you don't have to read the tit for
tat crap though :-)

These products do not transmit over the talking channel. You will need an
alarmco that will set it up for you, because if you are an enduser you won't
be able to setup an account with Uplink, Telular, Alarmnet etc.
