Wrong again, Olson.  Since the POTS line is usually being disconnected when the client changes to VoIP, it is essential that the
alarm be tested on the VoIP connection.  The only way to find out is to connect it up and run some tests.  Besides, replacing POTS
with VoIP requires "messing" with the phone lines.
