RHC: Yeah, I know how it all works; it's just that I didn't expect
such a thing to happen to what I perceived as such a good service with
some fine people working for them. I am truly saddened by this. It
just goes to show that business can take some very unexpected turns at
times. Bad things can happen to good people (and companies...:))
