Billy was squirming. Like all lawyers do when defending their clients Billy
was using smoke and mirrors, in this instance an over hyper-technical
parsing of the word "is". He never went out and said I told the court I was
guilty, but I am really innocent. At least Billy made you scratch you head
for a moment before you said that's BS. This guy? The BS detector went off
instantly.
