If you have a dongle it should be no big deal to get the latest version of
RPS (it's not RAM IV anymore) from Bosch. Even if you're not a current
dealer, I think being on repair status should get you the software if Bosch
has a record of a legitimate software purchase of RAM IV (or RPS) from you
or your company.

Do you know who the rep is for you geographic region
