They offset an empty bank account if you're on the right end of the deal.
Nothing like buying and selling blue sky. It's a great racket for someone. I
think I am going to talk to some charcoal briquette manufacturers to see if
I can put a $1.00 carbon offset voucher on each bag. If they want it, they
scan it at the register and I get the cash. Sounds like a perfectly useless
and corrupt deal. It should work great
