PC-Link setup on 1555MX

I have been trying to connect DLS 2002 using the PC-Link cable kit to
my PC1555mx (power632) security system. I have attempted to connect but
the keypad I am using does not display any codes only beeps. Let me
start with the what I have done. I have the Master Code. I have tried
to initiate PC-Link by the following process. *8(1111)499 then if I hit
any key after 499 it gives me a long beep. I know if I cannot get the
keypad to initiate the PC download the computer connected to the 1555MX
cannot communicate. So I believe I am stuck at the keypad which are
RF5501-433 and LCD5501Z. I spoke to the installer but they do not use
software to program any of the alarm systems they install. Please
HELP!!!
