Which wireless to buy?

Hi all,

Currently have a British Gas installed DSC alarm. Some of the poorly
installed cabling is intermittent and I also do not have installer code
to stop dialling out.

Would like to install wireless and wondered if can use any of the wired
PIRs, door contacts etc
is there such a thing as a hybrid burglar alarm and are there any
recommends?
