Wireless Apartment Intercoms

Hi there

I am in search of high quality wireless apartment intercoms, not those used
through telephone lines but full wireless from the main door intercom to
each household. I am battling to find one and was wondering is it because
they are not advertised over the internet or that they do not exist?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
