Tech support sucks for one .
have been familar with the line since the CC1 series
and found programming difficult attimes had to use an interface piece to get
proper downloads
the ma3000 before the windows verion software came out took up to much
memory always had to play with the computer DOS and memory so i could
change and program zones.
etc etc.
If adequte tech support was there instead of attiude I may have stayed with
the line but chose and stayed with FBII and Ademco all these years and did
some Moose before Sentrol ruined the line and DSC before they started
causing problems couple years out after they were installed.
Been there done that over 25 years
